The EU Personal Data Regulation GDPR (2016/679) ("the Regulation") sets out how businesses, organizations and authorities treat information about natural persons. This also applies to insurance brokers.

In CIBA, we naturally meet the required requirements.

We have, in consultation with the Insurance Broker Association, prepared the current policy and data processing agreement for our customers.
